With this acquisition, PHS expands its capabilities as a non-profit healthcare provider of comprehensive primary and specialty medical care, dental, and pharmacy services in Southwest Ohio.
Dr. Chetna Mital founded the highly regarded internal medicine practice in 1987 to serve the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area. The practice has grown in patients, physicians, clinical providers and care locations over the last four decades. The practice, which includes Dr. Anu Mital, is a well-respected leader and provider of internal medicine and senior care services, delivering preventive, chronic disease management, and specialty collaborative care in outpatient, inpatient, and nursing home settings. With a commitment to quality and efficient healthcare, the providers and staff have developed strong relationships with specialists, hospitals, nursing homes and long-term care facilities throughout the state, ensuring positive outcomes.
SpringParker, under the leadership of Managing Principal Scott Nelson, acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Dr. Chetna Mital, M.D. LLC. The firm managed the transaction providing guidance and execution beginning with exploring strategic opportunities through to the final sale closing.

Brian Dunham and Dunham Law served as legal counsel to Dr. Chetna Mital, M.D. LLC. The sale closed in December 2024. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
